15 Days Refund Policy

Easy Returns Within 15 Days

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Invoice/receipt must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after 15 days
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

3. How to Return

  • You'll receive return instructions via email

Step 3: Ship the item back

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Include invoice and all accessories
  • Ship to the address provided in return instructions

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item (2-3 business days)
  • Approval: If approved, refund will be initiated
  • Processing: Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Timeline: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We'll cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Free Shipping: Original shipping was free, so no deduction

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the desired product

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • No need to return the damaged item in most cases
  • We'll cover all shipping costs

8. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange for pickup of the wrong item
  • Correct item will be shipped immediately
  • No charges for return or re-delivery
